To start sending emails from the Emails & Automations section, you need to connect your purchased email domain from NameCheap.
Open Emails & Automations ➡ Settings ➡ Add Domain.

Enter your domain name eg. yourdomain.com.
Your domain status will show as Pending. Click on the settings icon and show your DNS records as shown below.

You will be provided with the TXT and CNAME records to add to your NameCheap DNS settings on your NameCheap account.
For ease, use the "Copy" option on the right of each record and simply paste the records on your NameCheap account.

Navigate to your NameCheap account, log in and select the Manage button next to the domain you want to add the records to.

Navigate to the Advanced DNS tab from the top menu and click on the Add new record button:

Select TXT Record for Type and insert the details given to you on CCK into the Value field.
TXT: for Host, add the Name record @ and paste the Value record next.
CNAME: for Host add the Name record: def._domainkey and paste client._domainkey.app-sources.com in the Value field.
Leave everything as and click on the Save all changes tick. Normally, it takes 30 minutes for newly created host records to take effect.

It might take some time for the DNS records to update after adding them so don't worry, check again in 30 minutes and in most cases it should be showing as 'Verified' in green.

Once your domain has been added, you can add your company details as well as your default system email address and the email address you plan to use for your regular emails. You can use the same email address for both instances, or 2 separate emails.
