Google Workspace doesn't allow you to use your email password for the SMTP of your CCK account.

You need to enable "Less secure apps" in Gmail for your profile and set up an app-specific password.

Follow these steps to enable a less secure app (click this link)

If you use 2-Step-Verification and get a "password incorrect" error when you sign in, you should create an app password instead.

Create App Password (click left)

1. Go to your Google Account

2. Select Security

3. Under "Signing in to Google," select App Passwords. You may need to sign in. If you don’t have this option, it might be because:

2-Step Verification is not set up for your account.
2-Step Verification is only set up for security keys.
Your account is through work, school, or other organization.
You turned on Advanced Protection.

4. At the bottom, choose Select app - Mail - then select the device and choose the device you’re using and then Generate.

5. Copy the App Password. The App Password is the 16-character code in the yellow bar on your device. We recommend saving this password where you can find it again as you will not be able to see it again if you close the pop-up.

6. Tap Done once you have saved the password.

7. Connect a custom email address in your CCK account and enter your secure app password in the SMTP password field.
