How to Test Your PayFast Integration

Once you have added your PayFast Merchant ID, Merchant Key and Passphrase, you can follow these steps to test if it has been linked correctly to process payments
1. Go to Store - Store Products - Add Product
2. Create a Test Product for R5.00 (PayFast has a minimum transaction amount of R5.00)
4. Go to your checkout page on your Funnel or Website
5. Edit the settings on your Checkout widget by adding the Products and editing the styling and settings of the Checkout widget.
After setting up the checkout page and store settings, you need to do a test purchase (minimum of R5.00) as the purchase amount. You can do this by going to the live checkout link of the funnel or website and completing the purchase.
The payment will now reflect in your PayFast account as well as the orders under your store and funnel.
